Why did Barack Obama try to stop Texas Governor Rick Perry from Dispensing Justice to a Child Rapist and Killer?

by Scott Reynolds

He creeped over the border fence from Mexico. Following growing up experiencing the fruits of living in America unlawfully, he compensated his illegally entered land by raping one if its small female inhabitants in 1994.

And he was only getting started.

Following raping her, he worried that the girl may well inform the authorities about what he'd done so he chose to beat the 16-year-old girl to death using a cement cinder block. He then threw her beaten little shape at the side of the street with a block of wood protruding from her.

The Killer's Welcome in America Runs Out

Fast forward 17 years approximately to the present day. The guy who raped the young girl and beat her to death using a cement block has been caught and convicted. He's depleted each of his appeals.

If there's any sort of pros in this horrid story, it's that, fortunately for the young girl's family and anyone who continue to knows justice, the creep committed these horrible crimes while in the Texas.

Humberto Leal Jr. was scheduled to get executed for his horrific crimes. And you understand Texas is a part of America where the death penalty is taken very seriously.

Obama Tries to Save a Child Murderer

Then from meddlesome Washington Barack Obama's flunkies filed a plea with the U.S. top court, demanding that it order Texas to spare the life of the rapist and killer.

Obama was adament that this killer was technically a Mexican national since he had lived in the US illegitimately throughout his life. As a result, as a foreign national, he was entitled to "consular access" - which is, contact with representatives from his home nation of Mexico.

The Barack Obama government went on to say that if Texas snuffed this convicted child murderer, it would put American citizens who are arrested while on a journey to another country at risk of being refused their "consular access."

What Barack Obama and his flunkies didn't recognise, is that this killer has had over 16 years to have his "consular access" as his case and appeals made its way through the courts.

Texas Governor Rick Perry Does what's Right Once More

Rick Perry isn't any stranger to clashes with an ever more overreaching and interfering Federal government.

Despite all the attempts to pressure him to stop the execution of the kid rapist and murderer who's consumed tax dollars wiling away many years in Texas prisons, Governor Perry let the execution carry on as slated, not waiting for any more court opinions on this long-appealed case.

The murderer was at long last put to death by lethal chemical injection on July 7, 2011 - 17 years after he raped and killed the 16-year-old female.

Robbing a few killer-apologist Obama followers of their popular "they executed an innocent man" cry, before experiencing Texas justice, Leal admitted to and apologized for what he'd done.
